These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any order placed with Merch Design Company, a DBA of Elevate Business Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once you approve a written quote and, where required, submit payment or a deposit. Pricing may change if quantities, products, artwork, or specifications change.
You represent that you own or have the right to use any logos, images, text, or other artwork you submit, and you grant us the license needed to reproduce it on your products. You agree that we are not responsible for trademark or copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork, and you agree to indemnify us against related claims. We may showcase finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
We provide a digital proof for your approval before production. It is your responsibility to review spelling, sizing, colors, placement, and quantities. Once you approve a proof, production proceeds based on that approval and we are not liable for errors contained in the approved proof.
Screen and print colors may vary slightly from what appears on your device, and blank product colors and availability may change by supplier. Minor variations in color, placement, and sizing are normal in custom production and are not considered defects.
Turnaround times are estimates and begin after proof approval and, where applicable, receipt of payment. We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or events outside our reasonable control.
Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. We may require a deposit or full payment before production begins. Unpaid balances may delay or hold your order.
We ship to the address you provide. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier. Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
Because products are customized for you, returns and refunds are limited. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
